Absolutely fantastic stay! The property is brand new, with beautiful facilities, a wonderful swimming pool, plenty of space, and an amazing location right in front of the El Sunzal surf break. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, which makes a huge difference after a long day of surfing.

John is an excellent host — very helpful, welcoming, and always willing to share great local tips and recommendations.

This place is fantastic! We’re three buddies on a surf trip and booked 2Surf last minute after a few days at Las Flores turned out to be awful. The facilities here are top notch - fully appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces, gorgeous common areas and the sweetest three level veranda I’ve ever seen.
You’re steps from Sunzal and can sit out and enjoy your coffee and watch the sets while you make a game plan.
Our host John has been phenomenal, taking care of us in every way. He’s there to give surf spot advice, set you up with a guide and transportation if you want, and brings delicious smoothies and burritos after the morning session.

John was very nice and helpful. Although our surfing session got postponed until 6 hours later than originally scheduled and confirmed. We got a free message for the inconvenience what was a very nice gesture.

This condo is everything you could hope for in a vacation rental at the beach. They thought of everything. This condo made my vacation EPIC.

#1 It’s directly located on top of an epic surf spot; Sunzal point. Not only could you walk out your door and be in the water within minutes, but they built a 3 story tower, complete with lounge chairs and fans, where you can survey the entire point (looking down the entire length of the point). This is very useful in determining whether you want to go out, and which board to choose. On the bottom floor is an ocean-front pool which has a direct view of the top of the point. So, if the conditions are marginal, you can sip beers (or water, which is provided poolside), and watch the surf until it improves, then pounce when you’re ready. The pool is also great for cooling down from a surf session, or just chilling with your family (great for kids). At night you’ll be serenaded by the sounds of the ocean (natures noise
machine).

#2 The inside of the condo was beyond my expectations. The air conditioning kept the
temps at a cool 65 deg F (22 Celsius). The beds were super comfortable. The showers
always had hot and cold water. The internet was always super-fast. The kitchen has
everything you need to cook a homemade meal. The deck was huge, and comes with a
retractable shade. The smart tv could connect to all the streaming platforms, and had the ability to cast from your phone (we frequently casted surfline cams for the other spots, like Punta Roca). The parking space had plenty of room for our car, and has a locking gate.

#3 The condo is in the perfect location. It’s halfway between Punta Roca and K59. You’re a 20 minute drive to any of the surfspots. It’s also in a quiet part of town. At night, the only
thing you hear is the waves, no clubs, no cars, no partiers. If you feel like more nightlife, it’s a short walk to El Tunco. It’s also conveniently located near a phenomenal grocery store (Super Selecto), which has everything you could possibly need to eat. We saved hundreds of dollars by making our own food.

#4 The staff is amazing. The property manager, John, made sure our every need was met. They will help you with anything. They also take safety very seriously. There was always a staff member on-site watching over the vacationers. They were very good about changing the towels and taking out the trash. They respond very quickly if something is not working.

This is easily one of the best trips I’ve ever taken, and I owe much of the experience to my accommodation at this condo. Many of my favorite moments of the trip were right here. I can’t wait to come back!

Great accom thats away from the noise of el tunco, but still a short walk away from surfing el sunzal. Nice pool, and nice to have your own kitchen and stuff.

Some tips for the new owners, provide a large jug of complimentary water, its rough showing up from the airport and there's nothing safe to drink.

For travellers, worth hiring a car to get around. Its a pretty solid walk to get to restaurants etc, and sketchy walking the beach cobblestones route at night.

5-star stay at 2Surf in Sunzal. This place is built for comfort and views.

The property is stunning—two levels with direct oceanfront views that you don’t get tired of. Whether you’re upstairs or down by the pool, the scenery is constant and impressive. The pool area is clean, well-maintained, and positioned perfectly to relax while still taking in the ocean.

The rooms are spotless. Beds are comfortable, linens are clean, and the air conditioning works exactly how it should—which matters in El Salvador. Everything feels well thought out and maintained, not thrown together.

Amenities are top tier. You can tell there was attention to detail in how the space is set up for guests to actually enjoy their stay, not just pass through.

John and his staff run a tight operation. They’re responsive, professional, and make sure everything is handled without you needing to ask twice.

If the goal is a clean, comfortable, oceanfront stay with strong management behind it, this delivers.
